This home was recently purchased by the client and featured a densely planted garden area that hid the large amount of space at the rear of the property. The backyard was only accessible through a single side pathway door – and the client wanted a 15m lap pool! Despite the extremely narrow access to the rear area, we managed to complete the construction of the new swimming pool and spa area, featuring the latest in technology and automation systems. The existing alfresco area has been completely overhauled and expanded with a beautiful outdoor kitchen and handcrafted stone fireplace. The existing back shed has been wonderfully converted into a gym area and guest bedroom with ensuite.
